Characterization and ore grade analysis in real time
One of the challenges associated with meeting production targets in mining is identifying the mineral ore grade at its source to achieve greater efficiency downstream in the process.
Currently, ore grades are determined based on geological models that represent a mineral body being exploited, without having a method for sampling and reading ore grades at each work face.
For this reason, we are seeking solutions that provide real-time measurement of mineral concentration and grades, allowing for increased operational productivity by adapting processes to the characteristics of the mineral being processed at any given moment, rather than relying solely on the analysis of a previously taken sample.

The desired system should achieve an accuracy level of over 90% compared to laboratory results.
